How We Work
Online Orders Only
While we don't have a physical location or farmstead just yet, we make it easy to enjoy our baked goods with online ordering. Place your order and enjoy fresh, handcrafted treats delivered straight to your door.
Freshness First
We believe in using the finest ingredients to ensure every bite is a memorable one. From farm-fresh eggs to creamy butter and high quality chocolate, we source ingredients locally whenever possible to support our community and guarantee exceptional taste.
Daily Preparation
Most of our baked goods can be made the same day you order to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. However, sourdough bread is an exception, as it requires a meticulous three-day process
Wednesday: We prepare the sourdough starter.
Thursday: The dough is mixed and fermented, followed by cold proofing overnight.
Friday: The loaves are baked to perfection.
Saturday/Sunday: Freshly baked sourdough is packaged and ready for home delivery.
